IASME Cyber Essentials Awareness Month
Wanstor Special Offer for Charities and Not-for-Profits
1st to 31st October 2024
Cyber attacks are a real threat to charities and not-for-profit organisations.
The DCMS Cyber Security Breaches Survey 2024 for businesses and charities in the UK found that 32% of the charities surveyed reported some form of cyber attack and that number doubled to 66% in high-income charities (with £500,000 or more in annual income). Viruses and malware contributed to 14% of these attacks in charities.
With this in mind, a Cyber Essentials certification can help you protect your organisation from some of the most common cyber attacks and reassure your stakeholders that you have taken steps for protecting sensitive beneficiary, volunteer and donor information. This will also help you unlock access to government grants, funding or contracts, where robust cybersecurity is a pre-condition.
Wanstor are a Certification Body for IASME's Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme and from 1st to 31st October 2024, we're offering special pricing for charities to undergo Cyber Essentials certification.
