As we're building our ITSM tool, we are putting together a repository of questions that customers are asking us about ServiceNow. Here are some of the questions we have been asked so far:

  • Would customers be able to generate reporting?
    Yes, the platform will have the standard executive report you see here and  the Power BI reports you are currently able to access. We're still working on the ability for customers to generate their own reports.
  • What are the opportunities for integrations with in-house apps and platforms via API's?
    We'll deliver all the integrations you currently have on the SDP platform when we go live, however if it is a new integration,  we'll set it up as a task  to be delivered  as we intend to continuously improve the platform to customise to your organisation's  needs. 
  • What are the key benefits of this platform to our customers (ie the IT teams)?
    The ServiceNow platform will equip you with fantastic functionality that'll allow you as the IT team to get a single pane view across your estate; meaningful alerts; improved asset management;  improved visibility on monitoring, projects, quotes, invoices; and better quality of support for your end users.
