Azure Optimization Workshop

Are you getting the most out of your Azure? Let's find out.

We’re a Tier 1 Microsoft CSP and Gold Partner, with significant experience in helping customers optimize their Azure environment. We’ve developed a two-day workshop to scope out what steps are needed to optimize yours.

Our Azure optimization workshop is based around the five pillars of Microsoft's Well-Architected Framework, designed to discover potential savings and workload optimizations within your organization's current deployment.

The workshop is designed to be delivered either remotely or on customer premises, with the following agenda:

Day One
We perform an initial analysis, providing all necessary documentation and guidance on enabling our consultants to deliver your assessment.

The initial discovery phase will identify key business objectives, covering core topics across the Azure Well-Architected Framework:

  • Reliability
Ensuring your applications and platform are resilient
  • Cost Optimization
Ensuring all workloads and applications are running in the most cost-effective way
  • Operational Excellence
Ensure that monitoring is available on Azure resources and your applications
  • Performance Efficiency
Ensuring that your application can scale up and down to meet demand and identify potential issues before they materialize
  • Security
Ensuring that all parts of the system are set up to function securely
Day Two
Once complete, our experts provide a detailed recommendations and enhancements report. Our expert consultants will spend the latter part of day two presenting our recommendations on how to optimize your cloud environment in accordance with the business objectives initially agreed.
